HI, Billie.... I noticed we have a "baby" theme today. Well, the baby hummingbirds are growing by leaps and bounds, the bigger one even flapped his tiny wings yesterday morning: what a sight. They are basking in the morning sun; Momma brought some breakfast. They are so big, she doesn't sit in the nest with them anymore and soon one will crowd out the other. This is really the fun stage.

Pinging all the "aunties." I have snapped some pics, but it's a regular camera so need to finish film and develop.

Wow!!

I’m such a proud Aunt. They sure are growing fast. I find that incredible how much they grow in a matter of days.

Oh, dita, thanks for posting that picture of the baby hummers. (I know you said they aren’t pictures of ‘our’ babies, but I can imagine them better now - I’ve never seen a hummingbird nest either!
