Yeah. I understand slippery slopes. I’m just reiterating that this can’t be one of them, because censoring of the internet has been tried, unsuccessfully, over and over. It is not constitutionally permissible.
To me, the state is setting up something like an optional FDA, which will set standards and assure the buyer that the product meets them. But, this is not coercive at all, as is the FDA, because the option to bypass exists, and will always exist, thanks to ironclad first amendment case law that has stymied all efforts at censorship of pornography on the internet.
I think it’s a great idea. I’ll buy it, and I suspect most of my neighbors will, too.
It has gross pictures [utah.gov],

There are even naked breasts [utah.gov].
