“A man’s voice — Moninger’s voice, prosecutors said — can be heard in the background. Berger told the operator that the person threatening her was ``somebody I don’t know that’s living in my house.’’

Pole argued that the recording was hearsay.

Broward Circuit Judge Alfred Horowitz agreed with Pole, ruling before arguments began that the 911 tape should be excluded.”

How can a recording be hearsay? It’s a recording. It’s not like a recording can lose it’s memory. Broward Circuit Judge Alfred Horowitz is either an idiot or is corrupt.

[Broward Circuit Judge Alfred Horowitz is either an idiot or is corrupt.]
