How about the college kids getting a job on their own? Why should it be the government's responsibility to find them work?

National Socialist Service sounds more appropriate.

They used to announce that kind of national service on the radio station from Grenada (for the local residents) in the days of communism.

Then the Army and Marines landed in 1983 and liberated the place.
