His stress on being an agent of change, a man of action and a man looking for the third way are all absolute hallmarks of the fascist methodology.

Couple that with state managed industry, broad socialist agenda and you have a brand of national socialism.

He absolutly fits in the tradition of Mussolini, Woodrow Wilson, FDR, Adolph Hitler (without the Jewish agenda) and Teddy Roosevelt.

It is too early to tell if his mobilizing crisis, useful to all fascists, will be militaristic or more in the form of nationalization of property.

Essentially, the Progressives (we used to say communists) have realized that the Bolshevic solution won't ever get buyers here and like many listed above has chosen a local brand of socialism (fascism) versus the international brand. Jonah Goldberg needs a followup chapter on Obama in his next printing of Liberal Fascism.

Obama is trying to talk “street.” The term okie doke has been used to indictae a scam or bad deal. As in don’t fall for the okie doke and believe a democrat.

OK, firstly there are people who build roads and bridges now and take home the money to feed their kids. Of course, the next thing is that the government will then move to other jobs. Jobs that aren't real, like office support or phone banks. Kids of the well connected will get credit for working when they do something else. People will get paid to watch the kids. Others will call it slave labor.

Right now there are grants and loans and colleges do have kids work to get money for books. A loan is nothing more than a college work program which allows you to work after college to pay your way. And there is always the military.

You can get a college degree now a days for relatively cheap. Or you can go to a private or out of state school, live on campus and enjoy 4 or 5 years of light study and heavy partying. The latter costs far more.
