Why should we be “afraid” to see Obama dressed in African garb as he visits family there?

I think I’d be more scared to see him in Holland in wooden shoes and blonde braids, with a little red-checked apron over his lace dress.

Because it's not African garb and he's not in Kenya.

That photo was taken in Somalia and he's dressed as a Muslim. I am not 100% sure, but I believe that outfit is a Berber costume - - experts?
