Its a firearm where the Missouri Conservation commission is concerned and I think it would be considered a firearm in most other states.
Its a hoot to shoot, believe me. I use an Airbag to energize the rifle. Fiberglass tank, smaller and lighter than scuba, used by firemen.

I have a Career 9mm and .45. Both are good shooters. I broke down and got an Airhog tank myself. The funny thing is even here in diving territory I cannot get it filled over 3200 psi.
