Hi, brwnsuga. I don't think anyone is really commenting on how they look, but rather that all of his half-brothers and sisters in Kenya are Muslims, and whether these deep ties would compromise his ability to defend our system against creeping Islamicization.

That doesn’t mean Obama’s religious choice is fluid. Thank God that he recognizes that Jesus is Lord and has publicly acknowledged this. I am a non-denominational Christian and my parents were raised Baptists, but I am not going to slip on a banana peel and suddenly become a Baptist. Do you agree with every ideology that your siblings believe? My brother is an atheist and a liberal (our phone conversations are one big argument). But that has no effect on MY religious or political beliefs.
