The old Soviet Union would be perfect for dimbulbs like this. There was no partisanship there either, only one party, the Communist variety. Anyone who evinced the slightest inclination toward partisanship (i.e.- freedom, pluralism) earned himself a one way ticket to the Gulag.
Yes, there’s no partisanship in Cuba, either. If he’s sick and tired of partisanship, he could go live there.
