Are Texas and Ohio winner takes all for the Republicans? If so then yes I agree that he will clinch it by March 4th.

They're not winner take all (except Vermont, which has McCain leading Ron Paul 73-11, with Huck at 9%) but there are over 300 delegates at state on that day and McCain needs now less than 200 of them. He will easily get past that amount.

Texas is winner take all by congressional district and statewide proving the winner wins by a majority. Otherwise it is proportional with a 20% threshold.

As we mentioned earlier the Democratic Party does things much differently.
