Thanks a lot for putting it up. Do you know the name of the other person in the photo? It would be great to know his name, maybe find his bio on Wikipedia or elsewhere and see if he’s dead now, in order to get a better guess on when the photo was taken.
It doesn’t look like there are any clues in the article. Par for a tabloid, they seem to be wanting us to think that it’s that Odinga guy. I’m sure it isn’t, or they’d just state it.
Maybe it’s his own personal snake handler.
