Immigration isn't, half the economic concerns around it are nonsense, the cultural and law and order ones real enough, but maintenance and police matters. Also, we can deal with it whenever, it lacks urgency... Where do you live?

Northeast US, where my job is. I spend a lot of time in Arizona though, it is my favorite part of the country, and I am looking at property there. Love everything about it.
