Exactly, if it's a phony let them kill it if they can. However, one glaring problem I see is a function of the fact that it's in fed. ct. where the issues are not joined simply by filing the complaint as Sinclair has done pro se. He has to accomplish service of the summons & complaint on the defendants and as of several days ago that had not been done. Until that's done, they don't even have to answer or move to dismiss it.

Apparently he has proper counsel now. So maybe they’ll get that straightened out.

I think Larry Sinclair has already accomplished what he set out to by filing the suit. Before he filed suit he had a YouTube video with 4000 hits and that was it. Once his lawsuit hit TheSmokingGun the YouTube hits skyrocketed and the media attention has been steadily building. This thing will hit the MSM next week if Larry Sinclair passes the polygraph on Tuesday.
