The graphic is mocking fertility. If you have more than the requisite 2.4 children (or, any more, if you have more than zero) some folks seem to think that you're some sort of animal. A "breeder".

I’ll make sure our family portraits are well guarded.
The family set up certainly isn't my cup of tea for many reasons, but at least they aren't on the government roles as many families are.
