So do you brush off all achievements by white women since they benefit from AA the most? I rarely read of anyone doing this.

And personally, I don’t put much stake in Internet claims of personal experiences.

You bet, AA is discrimination. No different than any other form of discrimination.

As to not believing my personal story, that’s ok, but you sound like you don’t believe it happens.
I’m a government contractor. It happens every day. In this case, the minority was not black, but Eskimo.
But the bottom line was they new nothing about the program, and had no one on their staff that new anything about it.
But the two companies that did, were not awarded. Good news is, we’ve still got our jobs because they can’t do the work.
Bad news is, the taxpayer is paying more for the same service. But this way all the money is funneled thru a minorities hands.
If that makes you feel good, go for it. But it’s not fair, nor cost effective.
