My bet is she is in this country illegally...hence no driver's license. If she is an illegal, it then begs the question why when she was arrested for driving without a license in 2006 was she was not turned over to ICE for deportation?

Those poor innocent children. God help their families.

These children were the victims of: the corporations who knowingly hire illegals; Congress and the executive, who refuse to seal the border; cheap, pandering local politicians who deliberately put their constituents’ lives at risk for the sake of ethnic votes.
