The process should be served by the (elected) Sheriff, personally, escorted by his entire force of deputies. In uniform, with cameras.

&&&
What!? Don’t you think those men have families they have to worry about leaving behind in the wake of multiple Arkancides?

Nobody has a monopoly on good ideas ...

The best timing would be to wait until after the D Convention (at which I expect The Beast to steal the nomination from The Obamination) ...

This is not a Federal case, it is a civil case, filed in the State of California. The California Code of Civil Procedure will preside over this case, not the FRCP, for serving a subpoena on her.

I don’t know about California procedure, but everywhere in the civilized world it’s not necessary to serve a subpoena upon a party represented by counsel. Notice to the attorney is wholly sufficient.

She has Secret Service Protection as the former first lady and candidate. The Process Server wouldn’t be able to get within 30 feet of her.

Picture this. She's at the debate, and Obama walks across the podium and serves her, live on national TV. Would the SS stop him? Does her SS detail LIKE her enough to WANT to stop a piece of paper from getting to her? Could a SS agent be charged with obstruction of justice for preventing a piece of paper, which is not a physical threat, from getting to her?

Just breaking! Fox reporting that a motorcycle cop in Hilary’s Texas motorcade took a spill - in a pool of blood!

I do not plan to get within 3,000 miles of that woman - she is evil.

Rodham Clinton supporters awaited her arrival to a small Oak Cliff parking lot in the Friday morning chill, clutching their signs, drinking coffee and clustering under a handful of pole-mounted heaters.
The Democratic presidential hopeful was scheduled to speak at 9 a.m. at a get-out-the-vote rally at the Bank Tower parking lot at 400 S. Zang Blvd. Then she was to travel to downtown Fort Worth to speak at 11 a.m. at the corner of First and Main streets.

If she has appeared in the lawsuit then she does not need to be personally served with a deposition subpoena?

Unless the Judge specifically ordered the subpoena to be served by a process server or marshal, Obama, could, indeed, serve her. Wouldn’t the look on her face make the front pages?

Make several campaign contributions in the process servers name

Good idea but it should be a Chinese process server and the contributions should be in yuans, many many yuans. Would be irresistible.

I surmise then, that all it has to do is request an alternate date due to it's campaigning for president ... then .. (assuming it's selected! ) .. claim executive priveledge, or some such nonsense and continue destroying the nation.

Okay, what FReeper wants to make history and serve her in Texas or Ohio? I want it on film. You don’t have to physically hand it to her. As long as you yell that you have legal service for her and she sees it, you can drop it and she has been served.

As long as she stays out of California she is probably untouchable.

And 99.9% of her secret service agents hate her guts. I’m sure they would help in this matter.

Leaving 0.1% of the USSS who are her loyal Praetorian Guard.

You don't think She Who Must Not Be Named cannot demand who is and who's not on Her detail? There are Clinton apparatchiks in every department, and that includes DHS (who now runs the Detail).

If I were a current candidate for President, I would NOT trust the USSS detail. I'd get my own posse to watch my back. Take Barack Husayn ibn Mahomet, for example: he could easily get some Nation of Islam muscle at any event he asks for.
