I don’t like the fact that Bush supports the Albanian take over of Kosovo but I also see where him doing so allows the US to take step away from it and force the Europeans to deal with it.

I don't like it either, not one iota. It's well past time for Europe to start defending itself. They've sucked off our military protection teet long enough.
