Mike Barnicle from the Boston Globe (among others) is questioning the timing of the release of this story. Barnicle said the NYT’s had this story months ago.
Bill Keller (NYT) said in a statement that the story reached his desk Tuesday afternoon. Barnicle disputes that statement from Keller. LOL. This is getting interesting.
Barnicle says that if this story had run in December, McCain would not have won the NH primary.
