In a small way I can understand the mother’s frustration. I have heard a lot of stories of parents who see warning signs of trouble and who beg for help. Usually unless the child has committed a crime most agencies shrug them off.
A big part of the problem is lack of supervision. With so many moms working these days too many teens go home to an empty house. Liberals can spin it any way they want but the best family structure for society is a married mom and dad where the child care is provided by mom. I understand that is not always economically feasible but more parents should give it a try.
