People in WI have been apologizing for Joe McCarthy for a half century. Even after the former Soviet archives proved him right, they still regret having supported him. WI people are just genetically-endowed liberals and will remain so.

Why would he run as an Independent? He has the leftist, liberal, marxist, obamassiah, vote locked up.

Look, I’ve resigned myself that it’s President Democrat no matter who wins. Given that, for the first time in my life I’ve become extremely pessimistic about the economy, politically this could be the best thing for the Republicans since 1994. The next person in that office could be in charge of a Hooveresque meltdown.

I think it would be even more deeply satisfying to see her defeated in the general election. The thing about Hillary is she is disgusting... Tiresome... Lazy Eyed... Screeching... Hildabeast-Horrible. The more you listen the more she makes you want to vomit. Obama on the other hand, besides never saying anything that can be pinned on him, never standing for anything is quite pleasant to see and to listen too. In our sound bite popularity contest he will win over T-Rex Arms McCain. That’s my take and hope I am wrong but Obama is way tougher for McCain to beat than the Horrible, Hideous Hildabeast who exudes flatulence with every step and reminds every male of the crazy girlfriend, and every female of the crazy roomate.

"I love Hillary speeches after she loses because she pretends she didn’t lose, which makes it all the more hilarious to me. It’s like Hillary is running for some other office that only has her as a candidate. She never acknowledges the losses or that the states voted that day at all."

Yes, GSC! Well put. :-)

Know anyone else in public life that is this bad a speaker? I cannot think of anyone who is as painful as Hillary to listen to!

Shrill, ponderous and hysteric. Can you imagine having to listen to her give a State of the Union address?

Exactly what I was thinking...

The one thing I can’t and won’t miss... Hillary’s ultimate and final concession speech.

I'm not a betting woman, but if I were, I'd bet the farm that when the time comes, Bill will walk out on that stage with Chelsea, say that Hillary has lost her voice, has the flu, or has suffered an untimely attack by zombies, and he will make her concession speech for her.

So I hate to say it, but I don't know if we'll ever see her concession speech. My sense is that this is her one and only shot at the presidency. She's made too many enemies and too many mistakes to ever do it again. So when the time comes to admit defeat, don't expect her to be gracious or decent.

we’re about to hand the most powerful office in the world to Odumbo.

Or "James Earl Obama" as I like to call him.

Whether Obama wins is up to us: we can sulk and stay mad at McCain or we can help him win. It's that simple.
