“Are you saying that the prohibition against homosexual acts, does not apply to gentiles?”
Where did you get that in my post?
Homosexual acts (and adultery and besiality and anything else weird) falls under “no sexual immorality,” which is part of the Laws of Noah.
Example: laws can require, permit, or forbid actions. But If I were to say to a number of fellow FReepers, "Mark this chart to indicate what acts are required, permitted, or forbidden," I'll bet you $25 dollars that 12 different Christian FReepers would have at least 8 or 9 different answers:
__masturbation
__polygyny (having more than one legal wife)
__serial polygamy (marriage - divorce - marriage)
__arranged marriage (arranged by parents)
__Abrahamic polygamy (legal wives, plus slaves and concubines)
__anal intercourse in marriage
__vowed, lifelong celibacy
__contraception
__marriage between first cousins
__BJ's in marriage
__divorce by reason of adultery
__divorce for serious reasons other than adultery
(abandonment, alcoholism, abuse, apostasy, abortion)
__remarriage after divorce
__sexual intimacy by engaged couples
__artificial insemination by husband
__artificial insemination by donor
__surrogate childbearing
__IVF
__tubal ligation for purpose of birth control
__vasectomy
__marriage between two men
__marriage between two women
__sex change surgery
__man/man marriage, where one of the men is a genetic female
__women wearing pants
__men wearing earrings and styled hair
And although you are a good Christian man and I am a good Christian woman, I doubt we would agree on the survey questions listed above, and I further doubt either of us could convince the other using the Bible alone.
