No. The Clintons didn't really start "dishing out" very much until recently when they realized that Hillary wasn't winning this thing handily.
Their original plan was to have the beast cry a few times and lean on the superdelegates.
It's only recently that they've started ramping up the attacks.
That's why we need Obama to keep winning. The Clinton machine will keep gearing up and start tearing this guy down.
