I didn’t know “I have a dream” could be termed plagiarism.

I agree, this is desperation. It's not as if the whole speech was plagiarized, or even a large portions of it. Apparently, he ad libbed the ending. Maybe should have denoted or credited that, but I don't think rises to any level of scandal.

This is the Clintons going after Obama on his strength, which is his oratory skills. If this is all they have, they really have nothing.
