Liberal Muckraker at BusinessWeek thinks Obama is Good for Business
Gop3.com: The Triumvirate ^ | 2/18/08 | Brandon Henak

3. The piece is actually more biased then the New York Times, I am thoroughly disappointed in BusinessWeek for even printing it.

Check out the breakdown of quotes in this article: 2 quotes from Democratic Consultants 0 quotes from Republican Consultants

1 Example of a CEO who likes Obama and corresponds with him 0 Examples of CEOs who disagree with Obama or even think Clinton is better

1 Quote from the head of a Chamber of Commerce about Obama’s character 0 Quotes from anyone about the damaging effects of Obama’s liberal policies in Illinois

If this breakdown surprises you, you may want to checkout an award the author of the piece, Eamon Javers, got from the lefty organization Press Action for being “on a roll” as a liberal muckraker exposing conservatives.

Talk about liberal bias! Obama will never be good for business but, this writer certainly tries to make him look good.

None of the presumptive candidates are good on the economy...Obama probably the worst.

Should not be surprised with the Weird Street Urinal....they are about as left as the NY Times...although they tend to be more business-scoialist than popular-socialist

Liberal Muckraker at BusinessWeek thinks Obama is Good for Business

..a conclusion to be expected from someone who scribbles for a living and who is not in business himself...

BusinessWeek seems to be mostly a bunch of liberal BS. I had a free subscription while in my MBA program.

(1) The article is about Business Week, a McGraw Hill publication, and not the Wall Street Journal, which is a Dow Jones publication.

(2) The WSJ is not a left wing publication, unless one is under the bizarre illusion that anti-globalist conspiracy theory is left wing.

My mistaken post was intended to characterize anti-globalism as a left phenomenon, one which the WSJ does not pander to.

Business Week's writers, for the most part, are totally ignorant of Capitalism. They were likely indoctrinated at leftist colleges. I picked up on their anti-capitalistic bent, over 20 years ago. If you want to "learn" about how wonderful is government regulation of business, and how government does so much good through it's economic policies, read Business Week. Otherwise, don't waste your time.

Let’s see how good business is after Socialist/Marxist measures are in place... Idiots.

Business week has morphed into a socialist rag - it sees everything through a marxist prism.

I stopped reading it years ago when it started leaning left.

I can see why Mr Henak is unhappy about the article, but why “disappointed”? Why would he expect anything else from Business Week?

Obama will do for the U.S. what Mugabe did for Zimbabwe.
