Have to say they had me fooled for a while. I was really high on Rice going to State. Not what I had hoped for.
Rice is not in charge of the state department or even relevant in the world. She can’t even get her articles published any more.
The world considers her an irrelivancy and goes to her underlings for real diplomatic action. (president not required)
Rice has been a bitter disappointment to many of us. So much potential - wasted!
