I went to a blog. The poster seems to be referencing the fired DCF Chief who was a child predator. Regarding Crist as VP choice:

Arnold was successful beforehand. Crist is a renter which makes him unable to deal with property tax reform or insurance reform. It’s easier for him to avoid those critical matters and to embrace environmentalism or he goes to hockey, baseball and football games instead of going to work.
