Exactly, and it took 17 posts before somebody was wmart enough to figure that out. The man is disabled and making fun of his disability is not humorous.

The story behind that photo is well known. McCain had just given a speech endorsing George Bush as the nominee. Bush grabbed McCain’s hand and jerked his arm above their heads. McCain gritted his teeth and managed to say “It doesn’t go that high”. The picture is of McCain displaying solidarity the only way he can.
