What do you want to bet that Morocco, Tunisia or wherever would refuse the ship the right to dock?However, if the ship were to (ahem) "founder" on the way over, with a tragic loss of life . . . well, it would be a tragedy. (Best to use some old worn-out tramp steamer.)
