Syria also arrested non-Arab foreigners suspected of being involved in the assassination of Hizbullah terror chief Imad Mughniyeh this week, the Lebanese Al-Akhbar reported Saturday.
According to the report, senior Syrian government officials suspect that Western intelligence organizations were involved in the assassination.
The suspects' identities were still unknown.
Non-Arabs? Iranians? Pakistanis, Russians? Westerners?
For one short moment I dreamed that it was Obama's foreign policy advisor Zbigniew Brzezinski or Mrs Clinton's national finance Hassan Nemazee, who both visited President Assad in Damascus last week. According to the NY Sun the Democratic campaigns are very unforthcoming about the details of the visits.
Wow, you could knock me over with a feather, I can’t believe they didn’t try and pin it on Israel.
After being turned into ‘pink mist’, can one still appreciate all them virgins?
Ping!
“non-Arab foreigners” — of course, if it was a plot from some rival gang of Islamo-terrorists it will be even more important to be able to pin ultimate blame upon “Zionist agents” orchestrating it all..... would hate to be any of the “non-Arab foreigners” now being “interrogated” by Syrian intel goons — anyone would wish they could just be “waterboarded” instead of being handled by those goons.
The aim is never the real facts in such “investigations” by depraved Assad goons, the point is to concoct whatever propaganda story will be most useful.
Can we have name, address, and make of car?
Maybe he was a Mossad agent.. under every rock is an Isreali agent..
