There are any number of Freepers here who think McCain’s remark about staying in Iraq for 100 years and invading Iran are resume enhancers with the average voter.
It is just my humble opinion, that many here underestimate the amount of anti-Bush, anti-war feelings in the nation. I hate to see it. The anti-Bush, anti-war feelings have had a major backlash against the conservative movement. Many good members of Congress (i.e., Senators Santorum, Talent) lost their jobs because of it. I just hope that 2008 isn’t 2006.
