A few months ago, my spouse and I were going west on I-70 through Missouri. There was a caravan of mid-sized cars, probably 6, without license plates, and each one was hauling another mid-sized car, also without license plates. All the drivers appeared hispanic and never made eye-contact if you looked at them. I wanted to call the Mo HP but my spouse wouldn’t let me for fear that they would try to find us on the road. In other words, probable illegals were hauling 12 cars across the state without any consequences. It’s interesting to think that these folks may have been heading to CO or CA. The cars may have been stolen, but were older and maybe were being hauled to be used in transporting illegals.

Temporary paper license car tags ( if on the outside ) are stolen all the time.

Apparently quite valuable.

The roads are full every day of Mexicans pulling cars back to Mexico. They buy the junkers at the auto auctions and tow them back because they are not permitted to buy new cars.

I live close to a major north/south highway and I see the same guys going back and forth every week.

On the subject of deporting, neuter them then deport them as a warning to the rest. You get caught, you get cut, then sent back.
