We know carbon parts per million have increased 40%. We know ocean and land temperatures are increasing. As Chief Justice Roberts stated in Mass. v. EPA, there are lots of questions about climate change which warrant further study. I get frustrated by the Al Gore “the debate is over crowd” but the “there is no need to even study this issue crowd” is the opposite side of the same dull penny.
