Clemens will soon be on the mound pitching at a Federal Prison. For what "crime"? I don't consider "lying to investigators" a real "crime" in most cases. It is by far the most abused charge used by the Feds, such as with the ridiculous Lewis Libby case. "Perjury" is typically the last vestige of a prosecutor who has no evidence of any crime.
