You are dreaming if you think Clemens won’t be charged. The reason Clemens has so many lawyers right now is because the DOJ already has gotten affidavits from the people they think they need to bring perjury charges against him.
Clemens is going to be a white, non-liberal scapegoat for this whole fiasco. Notice how all the dems lined up against him yesterday? And the prosecutor sitting right behind Clemens? This hearing was a perjury trap. The transcript will be expedited and hand-delivered to the lawyers at Justice so they can go get their head on a pike.
