The Daily News is withholding the victim's name.

Victim? I didn't read anything about a crime or a victim in that. I read about a guy who voluntarily undertook a dangerous pleasure and was injured. Possibly there was negligence or in a Law and Order Twist we will some Canadian hating S&Mer who did this on purpose and then maybe we would have a victim.
