I am a bible believing Christian (28 years now) and I feel the same way you do about Huckabee. I do not doubt the sincerity of Gov. Huckabee’s faith but I have great misgivings about his fitness for the office of President based upon his performance as governor of the State of Arkansas which I find to be Jimmy Carteresque at best. We do not need another Jimmy Carter, nor Obama, nor Hillary right now.

Putting religious matters aside (which shouldn’t be done), the fact that Limbaugh, Hanity and Coulter have decided to throw the USA under the bus in order to teach the moderates in the Republican Party a lesson is beyond belief. Has it been that long since the botched rescue mission in Iran or the Black Hawk down incident in Somalia that they have forgotten what the Democrats will do to our military? Limbaugh’s theory that the Democrats would not lose a war they were left in charge of is absurd!

This is what bothered me about Huckabee, he made his being a minister as the basis for political support. This minister has confused personal political interpretation with “disagreeing with God’s annointed one” which is how Huckabee seems to campaign.

Rev Bob needs to get a grip and keep the politics out of the pulpit.

I do believe Limbaugh made it clear that his feelings about Huck had nothing to do with religion. It was about his record. I never heard Rush knock Huck for his religion.

The religious anomosity within the GOP has much to do with why we ended up with a turkey like McCain.

Agreed, but Rush and Sean are still overrated.

They are private citizens, officially speaking, at least until these that seek to protect themselves above the rest, institute their form of an ungodly fairness doctrine. And neither one of them and TAKE a dime from me and give it to another deemed to be in need. Further both of them combined have been taxed more than Huckabee has earned in his entire life. According to Huckabee standards they could be considered 'saints'.

Rush and Hannity are being consistent. If YOU cannot recognize that, then you need to go back to the where Jesus was put on trial by the POLITICAL/RELIGIOUS leaders of the day and was found guilty in order to MAINTAIN THEIR POWER, not for the TRUTH that was set before them.

So Rush and Hannity and whoever else doesn’t agree with Pastor Bob and keeping a specific group (dare I call them “Sad-you-sees”?) in power and those who disagree need to fall in line?
