You too? I’ve been on the receiving end of one such complaint (made twice) by one of the 53% who have a crush on someone at work. Needless to say,the female, even if she’s the aggressor, the seductress, is always right, and I am paying for it dearly as we speak. I can’t say much more, but a friend suggested writing a story, something like Charles Bukowski story, and submitting it to the New Yorker. Except, he says, the part about the investigating outside lawyer, who also worked for a strip joint downtown, no one is going to believe!

I strictly avoid speaking to any woman whatsoever unless responding to a request or question. No good morning, or how was your vacation? or anything even close to being professionally polite. I've never been accused of anything other than being a snobby elitist. I can live with that. I've lost several bosses and valued co-workers who posessed skills that could never be found in another individual due to bogus accusations. I have also lost a few of the same who were pigs and deserved to be shown the door.

Unfortunately the idiots who run HR departments apply policies which establish accusation as the threshold needed to validate any complaint from a woman. I tried using the standard of never saying anything you wouldn't say to your grandmother, but that's no longer safe either.

It's sad.
