I do not know that McCain will do as good of a job at appointing Supreme Court nominees a bush has, but I certainly do assume that he will do a better job at it than Obama or Clinton. Kennedy doesn’t get to appoint.

Won’t be a rebound effect. Too many Gen. Xers. If you think the battle is uphill now, just wait until Obama or Clinton take office.
