What's the deal with a "brokered" convention? McCain will still get the nod for a run for POTUS! Huck will get the job at FEMA or something. He is going to get that job now so what's the deal with "brokered"?
Because, we still have a chance, if you want to give up and have McCain fine, but don’t stop us from doing so, why is everyone so hot on stopping the American process, Let Huckabee run, he could score some major wins yet and show the RNC just how unlikely McCain is to be the president, I’m telling you this is going to be a major, major defeat for the RNC, I’m pulling a straght Democratic ticket right down the line, federal and local this election if McCain is the nominee and there are alot like me, the rest will just stay home, we’re talking a shocking defeat here for the RNC and I for one will be glad.
McCain may still get the nod in a brokered convention. But then again he may not. What will happen is the delegates will be free to select their second preference and it may or may not add up to McCain. If he wins that way, it will be a legitimate win. If he wins because strategists drone on and pressure Huckabee to pull out before McCain has a complete win, then I will never see the win as legitimate. The strategists will have chosen and the voters will have been cheated.
