China’s model economy strikes again.
I was talking with a lady who is a food distributor to major supermarket chains in Ohio. She says that lots of food items imported from China are routinely part of these stores’ inventory. I asked about how the US govt. was making sure this stuff is safe to eat. She laughed, then got serious, “As soon as someone gets sick the govt. regulators spring to action.”
Wouldn’t “Poison Dumplings” be a great name for a band? LOL
