The RNC needs to take over the primaries from the states. The people would financially support it if they would assure us it would be fair.

We could have four regional primaries, with some time between for the candidates to campaign in major areas of each region.

Finally, enforce republicans vote only in the primary. Independents cannot vote unless they change to the Rep Party at least 60 days prior. Imagine what would have happened this year with just a fair election.
