"Where is this grocery chain, Trader Joe’s, located mostly? I’ve never seen one."

They tend to be in college towns and upper-middle-class suburban areas. You won't find them in the sticks, unfortunately, or in super-hoity-toity neighborhoods. Great places for cheese, wine, frozen foods, breads, dairy products. Best egg prices in town. We do most of our food shopping there and Whole Foods. Their house-brand Hefeweizen is the best I've had, including in Germany. Wish they'd stock Lagunitas IPA, though.
