Tsing-Tao? Of all the beers of the world!? Try the Brouczech, a classical Czech Pilsener, available at Trader Joes at a very reasonable price.

They also have decent prices on wine ie: 2 Buck Chuck and their hard liquors (single malts) as well.
Example Glennfiddich for around $24 Balvenie at about $33 and Glenmorangie at about $35. This is in California and from what I have seen in some other states like NJ or WA that is a bargain. I like their food selection as well and I am not a metro-whatever hippie elitist

One of the five essential food groups.
Try Sapporo "Reserve" (23.5oz cans) as a substitute. Much better & (bonus) much larger! Hard to find - generally have to order it through liquor store or market.
Very smooth....worth looking for.
