From the city's website, it looks like they stream the council meetings LIVE online
, when the meeting convenes at 7pm (10pm EST).If you go to that link right now, they do not have the link up; but if you read that page it does sound like you can watch live.
There is one thing that may stop them from broadcastingLIVE and ONLINE tonight... if they kill the link because they are afraid they will look like the America-hating human filth that they are.
Please post this link to your FRiends on this thread... maybe we should have a separate Live Thread to watch and comment on.

I believe it was a good idea to keep this event on only one live thread.
I think doing so kept it more cohesive and easier to keep up with.
Plus reporting from the field as I was with a laptop in the dark in a park (sounds like Dr. Seus a little) it would have been even more difficult to keep up with two threads.
In the future when people look back at it, they won't have to go from thread to thread to get informed

I'm glad people got to actually watch what was going on inside, I got some good phone reports from my contacts on this thread that were able to watch it at home.
