Hmmm, wonder what RUMMY’s bottom up review did to some of these defense contractors. RUMMY was the most hated man in WDC congressionally speaking prior to 9/11. This redeveloped into a blood red rage until they ran him out of town after the liberals Foleyized US in election 06 took back control of the place.

A couple weeks ago, I was reading some old articles from the time period of transition from Reagan to GHWB. I think the feuds between some of McCain’s buddies and Rummy go all the way back to that era.
