I am waiting for this whole thing to end up with Clemens expressing indignation that his trusted friend would inject HGH or steroids into Clemens’ body without his knowledge or consent. “You told me it was B12!” he’ll say.

So even if cheating at baseball was a worthy issue for Congress to investigate, it has already been established that it is a problem. Only with one person, Mr. Clemens, guilt is undetermined.
Sounds like something for a court to ferret out, not Congress. Sounds like the congress critters are just looking for a lot of publicity, rather than dealing with their constitutional duties.
