DAYTON, Ohio (AP) - A judge in Dayton has declared a mistrial in the case of woman accused of killing her month-old baby by burning her in a microwave.

So what does it mean when a fellow cell mate of the perp testified that she said the baby “fit right in” the microwave?
Somebody is lying or suborning perjury.
Here in the Dayton area, this trial is no secret. You’re telling me that these “witnesses” wait until NOW to claim that she didn’t do it?!
I smell perjury.
As a mother of three, this is the most horrible story to make headlines. As a society, we seem to have lost all sensitivity to every terrible happening. People have no souls anymore; no empathy. No wonder we have young people shooting up classrooms, malls, etc.

Guess I shouldn’t be shocked at anything the media prints these days, but that story really seemed “over the top”.
