Pointless to name the state without naming the winner, dishonest to name the winner without counting the votes.

A winner will not be determined until MAY, when the state delegates are chosen (1/2) and in APRIL when the primary for the other half of the delegates will be chosen. This was a caucus to determine delegates that also had a non-binding straw poll.
