Frankly ... “I just can’t bring myself to vote for (pro-life, pro-family, pro-gun, anti-IRS, pro-military) Huckabee, so I’m going to vote for the most liberal member of the U.S. Senate” ... doesn’t compute.

The premise of his argument is about making a difference to the outcome of the election. Voting for the Huckster doesn't alter the outcome.
